In my opinion, the top three ideas that represent the epitome of imagination are the concept of "Animal Farm", Leonardo DaVinci's ideas and the microscope. I chose the book "Animal Farm" as one of my top three ideas because it is a successful example of how an author can take a serious concept, and explain it to the public, set in a creative and familiar environment. George Orwell imagined an creative way of explaining the concept of communism by placing it in a setting known to the public (a farm). Another writer who I think has explained important political events in an imaginative way is Kurt Vonnegut. I chose Leonardo DaVinci's ideas simply because they are such a blatant example of extraordinary human imagination! Leonardo was thousands of years ahead of his time! He imagined and designed inventions that have turned into revolutionary products, and are used constantly in modern times. Finally, I chose the microscope because it has revolutionized medicine. The microscope was an ingenious and imaginative idea that has given physicians the ability to pin-point the virus or bacteria that is causing a disease. The microscope has saved lives, made it easier to conserve medications and has opened up a whole new world that humans never knew existed! Although there are thousands of human imagination, I have chosen these three examples, because they show how even one man's imagination can revolutionize the world!
